Tony believes the number one rule in Marketing is to build a brand.
The aim is to ‘get your name out there’ regardless of the size of
your business. You need to create a competitive advantage by having
a style, a personality and by targeting a group (rather than one
individual). People need to be encouraged to send information on
your product to other people in their network
To get other people to ‘sell on your behalf’ you need to develop
a Loyalty programme and Referral schemes, as they can get you great
results. Change your products constantly and strive for world best
practice, or you will go backwards - and always look for an
opportunity to push yourself forward. Tony had looked at the
