words tell us something about you – your philosophy, your
lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc
A. My philosophy -
You meet people when you are meant to; You should always provide
value to others in both business life and your personal life;
and It is important to do all things in balance. I have
a strong work ethic and give back to your community. Living
in a regional area with my family gets back to the basics, and I
participate in tennis, golf and flying.

Q. Do you work
from home?
A. Yes – for the last 2 years. I do not have clients
visit my office, but prefer to met clients at their business or
somewhere neutral.
Q. What is it
that your business does?
A. We provide
business improvement services to small, medium and home based
businesses in Victoria and Southern NSW, to assist them to focus on
profit and growth solutions.
Q. What makes
your business unique?
A. We provide profit
& growth solutions that are tailored to the needs of each
business, both face-to-face and online. We show business
owners how to solve their own problems and make their own
decisions.
MARKETING
Q. What is the
most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has
had success with?
A. I identify those
businesses or people who have access to my potential clients and
ensure they know what I am currently doing, reminding them that I
am still around. It is very easy to be busy and forget to let
my contacts know what I doing. I have a database of my
contacts.
Q.
What is it you can offer to MCEI members?
A. On-line and face to face business mentoring and
training in Business Improvement, Efficiency Improvement,
Continuous Improvement, Leadership Development, Team Development,
Personal Improvement, Marketing and Sales Process at flexible times
to suit the business owner. I combine over 20 year experience
as a Chartered Accountant in Public practice with proactive
business training skills, to help business owners achieve their
goals and targets.
Q. How
do you envisage demonstrating your support and loyalty to the
association of MCEI?
A. By participating
in event where possible. This is limited due to regional
