SELF
Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your
lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc.
A. I believe life is about having interest in a lot of
different things, if you are fanatical its at the expense of other
life experiences and views. Be true, be yourself. My father once
told me “no one has a good enough memory to lie”. Father also
taught me not to pre or externally judge people, there is good and
bad amongst all groups, from all walks of life, and socio economic
standing. I am typically social, enjoy fine food and fine
wine with good company. Favourite philosophy “one
day lived as a tiger, is worth a thousand as a sheep”
BUSINESS
DETAILS
Q. What is it that your business does?
A. We provide finance (around $8,000) to micro businesses,
HBB’s & WAHM’s** for their computer hardware. During the start
up phase, we dispense with the gruelling application process (and
usually refusal) that banks and finance companies put you through.
We then finance the ongoing needs of the business, recognising and
rewarding their success and good borrowing record. ** WAHMS- Work
at home mothers
Q. Do you work
from home? How many do you employ?
A. At times from home, the business is very mobile. We do
not have staff.
Q. How long have
you been in business?
A. Ten years
Q.
What makes your business unique?
A. We finance small amounts (around $8000) for small (micro)
businesses, when the banks and finance companies don’t (most start
at $20,000). We will finance when you are starting out, whereas
banks and finance companies want a min of 3 years profitable
trading. We treat micro business people like the 60’s bank manager
did e.g. as people not just a name on another application. In
fact with us you start out as a client and then become a
friend.
MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking
tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. Word of mouth, and alliance with equipment supplier AND
of course MCEI and HBBA

instinct and be willing to alter course.

MCEI?
A. Business operators who are looking to purchase product
and want assistance from someone they can trust. Fellowship and
relationship building is very important to me.

A. Low doc easy finance for your computer hardware
needs.
Q. How
