Disclaimer

Unlike some Awards that have very small numbers of entrants, these awards will guarantee a certain number of participants. This ensures that the competition is real and that the winner is well deserved.

1. The Business Awards will have a guaranteed minimum number of 50 entries. In the event that this number is not reached, the Awards could be cancelled and all entrants informed. If this occurs, the Administrative fee will be refunded. Otherwise this fee is non refundable.

2. The SPECIAL AWARD for Not For Profit Organisations will guarantee 10 entries, or this category could be cancelled and all entrants informed. If this occurs, the Administrative fee will be refunded. Otherwise this fee is non refundable.

3. Numbers of entries are not disclosed to anyone except for the major Sponsors

4. The judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Under no circumstances will entries be returned; they become the property of MCEI Melbourne.
