Stress
seems to come from so many places these days that it sometimes
seems impossible to have a stress free life. We face the stress of
toxic and poisonous chemicals in our homes and workplaces; even
though computers are meant to make our life easier – when something
goes wrong, they certainly add to our stress; lack of resources can
be stressful – without sufficient time, cash or people to make our
lot in life easier.
There are
many ways to reduce the stress, if only we knew how and had the
right support to show us. Perhaps some of the very special members
of MCEI being featured this month could go a long way to alleviate
the stress.
